Day Wise itinerary

Day 1 :
Upon your arrival at Noi Bai International Airport, our designated local representative will be present outside the customs area to greet you and escort you to your hotel (Check-in time is 3.00 pm). The remainder of the day is at your leisure to discover Hanoi Town at your own pace.

Day 2:
Full Day Hanoi City Tour With Optional Water Puppet Show

Commence the day with a pick-up from your hotel located in the central Old Quarter. Begin the tour by visiting the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to delve into the biography of Ho Chi Minh and his significant role in shaping the country. Explore Quan Thanh Temple and Tran Quoc Pagoda, one of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam. Proceed to Bat Trang pottery village (available on Mon, Wed & Fri) or a similar program. Next, visit the Ethnology Museum (available on Tue, Thurs, Sat & Sun) or an equivalent program to gain insights into Vietnamese Ethnology and its cultural diversity. Make a stop at the Temple of Literature, the first university in Vietnam. Return to the Old Quarter to wander through the 36 main streets, each with a unique name origin, showcasing the blend of past and present that defines Hanoi. The tour concludes around 5.00pm.

The Water puppet show originated as a form of entertainment for farmers in the 11th century during flooded fields, providing them with amusement through puppetry. Today, the show is a revered art form that reflects on historical times, often narrating stories of harvests and water-related myths. Following the show, return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Hanoi.

Day 3:
Full Day Excursion to Halong Bay

Commence your journey to Halong Bay, a site recognized as a World Heritage by Unesco in 1994, boasting nearly 3,000 rocky islets. The travel time may vary from three to four hours, contingent upon the traffic during high or low seasons, as you traverse the Red River Delta, one of Vietnam's primary granaries. Upon reaching Halong, embark on a boat trip around its natural rocky formations while relishing a delectable seafood lunch onboard. The majority of these islets are uninhabitable due to the scarcity of fresh water, yet they offer a splendid view for cruising and admiring their enchanting allure on the horizon. Many of these formations are named after their distinctive shapes, such as the Surprising Cave, Pelican Grotto, Chopstick Rock, Butterfly Rock, Turtle Rock, Fishman's Head Island, Fighting Cocks, Sail, Urn, and Sea Dog. Explore the grottos, take a refreshing swim, or simply unwind on the sundeck with your favorite beverage. In the late afternoon, the boat will return to the Wharf, where you will be transferred by car or coach back to Hanoi. The excursion concludes at your hotel in Hanoi.

Day 4:
On the fourth day of your trip, begin your day with breakfast and then proceed to check-out from your hotel. In the later part of the day, you will be taken to the airport for your flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Once you arrive at Ho Chi Minh City, our representative will be there to greet you and transfer you to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure to discover and experience Ho Chi Minh City on your own. Enjoy your day!

Day 5:
Full Day Ho Chi Minh City Tour With Cu Chi Tunnels

Commence the tour at the Post Office in colonial-style and the Notre Dame Cathedral. Proceed to explore Thien Hau pagoda and a unique section exclusive to Ho Chi Minh City - a vibrant China Town, where signage is in both Chinese and Vietnamese languages, reflecting the diverse community. At the heart of this lively district lies the expansive market: "Cho Lon", also known as The Big Market. Many Chinese residents in this area have achieved significant trading success through their expertise, intelligence, and dynamism. Following lunch in Saigon, travel northwest to Cu Chi Tunnels, a notable remnant of the Vietnam War. These tunnels, stretching 200km and hand-dug by Vietnamese guerrilla forces, served as a crucial base during the conflict. Prior to the Tet Offensive in 1968, the tunnel complex housed nearly 10,000 troops. Even today, it stands as a remarkable testament to the intensity of the War. Return to Saigon in the late afternoon.

Day 6:
On the sixth day of your tour, it will be time to bid farewell as you depart. You can expect to be picked up from the hotel lobby at the confirmed time. To ensure a smooth departure, kindly be present at the lobby 15 minutes prior to the given time. From there, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight. Enjoy your breakfast before embarking on your journey.

Important Notes :

1. E-Visa Documents must be submitted within 5 full working days for processing:

- Scanned copy of clients' passport (valid for at least 6 months from departure date from Vietnam)

- Confirmed round trip air ticket

- Passport size photo of clients (4cm x 6cm)

- Guide and vehicle will strictly adhere to the confirmed program, with sightseeing hours from 08:00am - 17:00pm or 08:30am to 17:30pm. Dinner time is allocated for 2 hours from 07:00 – 09:00pm, including pick up/drop off from/to the hotel. Overtime charges will be applicable for delays in the program and must be paid on the spot.

- If additional time is required for sightseeing or dinner, please notify us in advance to adjust the cost accordingly.

- Lunch and dinner are not included in the program, clients are responsible for their own meals without guide and vehicle/driver escort.

- Your cooperation and punctuality are highly valued as our tour guide and driver need adequate rest to perform efficiently.

- Normal hotel check-out time is 12:00, and early check-in is subject to the hotel's policy.

- Cancellation policy:

- 45 days or more before departure: US$30 service fee

- Between 44 and 21 days before departure: US$55 service fee

- Between 20 and 11 days before departure: 55% service fee

- Between 10 and 8 days before departure: 80% service fee

- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% service fee.
